Know exactly where your pool stands

A pool can look clear and still have circulation, chemistry, or equipment issues under the surface. Before we take on a new weekly cleaning customer, our 35-point inspection gives us—and you—a clear starting snapshot, so there are no surprises down the road and small problems don’t become expensive ones later.

What we evaluate

The inspection reviews the systems that drive safety, water quality, and reliability — documented so nothing gets missed.

water-condition

Water chemistry

Full water chemistry testing to establish an accurate starting baseline for your pool.

pool-and-deck-observations

Pool surface & tile

The surface checked for stains, cracks, chipping, and peeling, plus the condition of the tile and grout line.

skimmers-baskets-and-lights

Skimmers, baskets & lights

Skimmers and baskets checked, and pool lights verified in proper working order.

circulation

Pumps, filters & plumbing

Equipment inspected for cracked pipes, stretched or leaking O-rings, dirty or undersized filters, and worn components that lead to breakdowns.

main-drain-and-vgb-safety

Main drain & VGB safety

Photos & documentation

We photograph the equipment and document every finding as a clear reference point for you and our team.

What you get from the inspection

What to expect

  1. We review your pool’s background and the reason for the inspection.

  3. We check safety items, including the main drain cover.
  4. We photograph the equipment and document every finding.

Frequently asked questions

It’s the first thing we do for every new weekly service customer, on our initial visit — it is not a weekly inspection. We also offer it as a one-time service for homebuyers evaluating a pool before purchase.

No. We carefully examine the visible condition of the pool and equipment, but the 35-point inspection cannot determine whether a pool has an active structural leak. Leak detection requires specialized testing and is not included in the inspection.

Yes. We document what we find and separate it into repairs that should be done for safety and performance versus repairs that could be done later, so you can decide based on your priorities and budget.

Absolutely. Our one-time 35-point inspection gives homebuyers a clear picture of a pool’s true condition — including equipment and safety concerns — before they purchase.
